How to reply to Google Reviews using AI Responder (beta)

Learn how our AI Responder can help you reply to Google Reviews from within betterbunch.

The AI Responder lets you reply to Google reviews right from your betterbunch account using AI-generated responses.

This feature is in beta and is only available to a small group of testers so we can refine it before launch. Your feedback will help shape the final product.

Reply to a Review

If you are interested in accessing this feature during its beta phase, please express your interest here.  Once enrolled in the beta program, complete the steps below.

1. Login to your betterbunch account.
2. Navigate to Reviews in the left-hand menu.

3. Find an unreplied review and click the purple AI star icon.  Use the filters on the right side of the screen to view All reviews or Replied reviews. 

4. A pop-up will show an AI-generated reply.

5. Click Generate or use the arrows to see other suggestions.

6. Edit the text directly if you want to customise  the response. 

7. Click Send reply to publish directly to your Google Business Profile.

Set Up Your Review Responder Persona

The Review Responder Persona helps guide the AI so responses sound more like your brand.
By updating your persona, you can “teach” the AI how you’d like to reply to different types of reviews.

When you change your persona messages, the AI will use them as examples the next time you generate a reply. Follow the steps below to update Your Review Responder Persona: 

1. Log in to your betterbunch account.

2. Go to Intelligence in the left-hand menu.

3. In the text boxes, add example replies for:

   • A 1-star review

   • A 3-star review

   • A 5-star review

4. Click Save.

AI Response Limits

Your account includes up to 200 AI-generated review responses each month. Each time you click the purple Generate button, it counts as one response.

What Beta Means

Beta means we’re testing the feature with a small group of users to:

• Improve based on real-world feedback.

• Spot and fix issues.
