      Using the Review Responder to reply to Google Reviews (NEW)

      How to respond to a review using the Review Responder

      1. Login to your betterbunch account.
      2. Navigate to Reviews in the left-hand menu.

      3. Click the purple Reply icon next to an unreplied review.  Use the filters on the right side of the screen to view All, Replied and Unreplied reviews. 

      4. A pop-up will show an AI-generated reply.

      5. Click Try Another to generate alternative responses, and use the arrows to see pervious suggestions.

      6. Edit the text directly if you want to customise the response. 

      7. Click Reply on Google to publish directly to your Google Business Profile.

      Update Your Voice to Match Your Brand Tone

      Personalise AI replies by adding your own examples to Your Voice settings. This guides the AI to sound more like your brand when responding to reviews.

      How to Update Your Voice

      1. Log in to your betterbunch account.

      2. Go to Settings in the bottom-left menu. 

      3. Open the Your Voice tab.

      4. In the text boxes, add example replies for:

        • 1-star review

        • 3-star review

        • 5-star review

      5. Click Save.

      Tip: Write your examples in your brand’s voice so future replies feel natural and on-brand.

      AI Response limits

      Your account includes up to 200 AI-credits each month. Each time you click the purple Reply button or the purple Try Another button, it counts as one credit.
