Satisfaction level explained

This article explains how the customer satisfaction level is calculated and where it can be seen

Your betterbunch dashboard displays a bunch of useful information you can use to keep your finger on the pulse, including your real-time customer satisfaction levels.

You can view your customer satisfaction level in the top right corner of your dashboard

To change the timeframe considered, simply click the drop-down and select the period you want to view. 

The formula is simple. We divide the total number of happy customers by the total number of respondents. A respondent is anyone who indicates they were happy (clicks thumbs up) or unhappy (thumbs down). For example, if 100 people responded to your invite, and 93 of the 100 customers indicated they were happy, you would have a customer satisfaction score of 93%.
