Change the feedback button icons

This article explains how to update the icons on your feedback invitation buttons

Your invitation includes two feedback buttons that customers use to let you know whether they had a good or bad experience.

You can choose which icons appear on these buttons. Currently, you can choose between Thumbs and Faces:

Changing the icons only updates the images shown on the buttons. It doesn't change how the invitation works or affect where customers are directed. 

Change the default icons

If you'd like all future invitations to use the same icons:

  1. Login to your betterbunch account

  2. Head to the Settings page on the bottom left

  3. Open Invitations and click the Invitations Style tab

  4. Choose either Thumbs or Faces
  5. Click Update default style to save. It's that easy! 

Change the icons for a single invitation

If you're creating a single invite or bulk invitations or a bulk invitation and want to use a different icon style without changing your default settings:

  1. Start creating your invitation using the single invitation method or bulk invitation method

  2. Before sending,  click Edit Invitation

  3. Select Invitation style tab from the top of the pop-up 

  4. Choose Thumbs or Faces
  5. Click Update for this send only to save
