Understanding Your Dashboard Statistics
Learn what your dashboard metrics mean and how to troubleshoot your connection.
Once you connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) to betterbunch, your dashboard will display key insights into how customers are finding and interacting with your business on Google Search and Maps.
Dashboard Metrics Explained
You can use the filter at the top of the page to view these statistics for a specific time frame.
-
Views: This shows how many unique visitors saw your Business Profile on Google Search or Maps.
-
Note: This number may be lower than what you see in Google email notifications because we count unique visitors only once per day, across all devices and platforms.
-
-
Calls: The number of times a customer clicked the "Call" button on your profile.
-
Website Clicks: The number of times people clicked the website link on your Business Profile.
-
Directions: How many people requested directions to your business. We filter this metric to remove spam, cancellations, and accidental multiple taps to give you the most accurate data.
-
Issues: The number of people who indicated they were unhappy with your service through the betterbunch platform.
-
Satisfaction: The percentage of customers who reported they were happy with your service through the betterbunch platform.
- Review Growth Graph: At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a graph showing your total review growth over time. This tracks every review your Google Business Profile has received since its very first one, giving you a clear picture of your reputation’s momentum.
Troubleshooting: Missing or Incorrect Data
From time to time, the connection between Google and betterbunch may need a "refresh." If your review count doesn't match Google, or if your Views, Clicks, Calls, and Directions appear blank, follow these steps:
-
Go to the Reviews page on the left menu.
-
Hover over the bar graph showing your total reviews and click the cross (X) to disconnect.
-
Click the Connect to Google button that appears.
-
Sign in to the Google account that manages your GBP and approve the permissions.
-
Choose your business from the list and click Continue to refresh the connection.
Note: If your reviews still don’t pull through, try repeating the process with a different Google account that might have ownership of the GBP.
