How to Update Your Login and Notification Email Address

This article explains how to update the login email address and notification email address linked to your betterbunch account.

Login Email Address

Your login email address is the email you use to sign in to your betterbunch account.

Tip: betterbunch allows for a single login per account. If multiple team members need access, use a shared email address that everyone can log into (e.g. office@).

Change Your Login Email Address

  1. Log in to your betterbunch account.

  2. Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left of the dashboard.

  3. In the Account email field, enter the new email address.

  4. Click Save.

The next time you login, use your new email address. 

Notification Email Address

Your notification email address is where betterbunch sends alerts if you receive private feedback.

You’ll receive a notification when:

  • A customer clicks thumbs down.

  • A customer shares negative feedback.

  • A customer responds via Promoter Retargeting instead of leaving a positive review.


Note: betterbunch does not send notifications for Google reviews, as these are handled directly by Google. Learn how to adjust your Google notification settings.

Change Your Notification Email Address

  1. Log in to your betterbunch account.

  2. Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left of the dashboard.

  3. In the Notification email field, enter the email address you’d like to use. You can add multiple email addresses if needed.

  4. Click Save.

All future notification alerts will be sent to this address.
