Discover how to change the sender name that's displayed in your customer's email inbox
Your business name will appear in the sender field of your customers' inboxes, helping establish trust and enhancing engagement with your email invitations.
Read on to learn how to update your sender name in betterbunch:

Login to your betterbunch account

Navigate to the Settings page in the bottom left of your dashboard

Open the Business tab, which will display your business settings
- Type your correct business name into the Business name textbox
- Click Save
Tip: After you have changed your business name, we recommend sending yourself a test invitation to ensure you are happy with the formatting.
