Why does positive feedback appear on the Feedback page?
You may see Positive feedback on your Feedback page, even though customers who give you a thumbs up are normally directed to leave a public review.
If a customer gives you a thumbs up but doesn't continue to your review site, they may receive a Promoter Retargeting email if you have this feature turned ON.
This email gives them another opportunity to leave a public review, as well as the option to share their positive feedback with you privately. If they choose to share private feedback, it will appear on your Feedback page.
You'll be able to identify this feedback by:
- Type: Positive
- Source: Promoter Retargeting
