Exporting Invitations

Learn how to export your invitation history from betterbunch

Need to review your invitation activity outside of betterbunch or create your own reports?

You can export your invitation history and open it in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.

You can export all invitations or use filters to download only the records you need.

Steps to export invitation logs

Follow the steps below to export your Invitation logs to a CSV file format. 

  1. Log in to your betterbunch account.
  2. Select Invitations from the left menu.
  3. Click Export in the upper right.
  4. Choose the invitations you want to include using the available filters:
    • Date range – choose the period you want to export invitations from, or select All time to include your full invitation history.
    • Status – export invitations with a particular status, such as Failed to send, Limit reached, Pending, Sent, Clicked happy, Clicked unhappy, Clicked review site, or Provided feedback. Select All statuses to include every status.
  5. Choose your preferred file format:
    • CSV
    • Excel
  6. Click Export to download the file.

What's included  in the export? 

Your exported invitation history includes the following information where available:

  • Date – when the invitation was created.
  • Customer name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shareable – the name of the Shareable used if the invitation was created through a Shareable Link.
  • Status – the most recent status of the invitation.
  • Source – how the invitation was created, such as Manual, Bulk CSV, Shareable, or automation.
