View the history of an invitation

In this article, we'll explain how to review the history of individual invitations

Once an invitation is created, you can easily check its current status and view the history log.

Viewing the history of an invite 

  1. Login to betterbunch.

  2. Head to Invitations on the left menu.

  3. Use the navigation arrows at the bottom of the page, or use the search bar located at the top to locate the invitation you want to review.
  4. Click on the invitation to open the history. 
  5. On the right side, you will see a detailed history log that outlines all actions related to this specific invitation.

Customers can interact with your invitation multiple times. Each instance will be recorded in the history log, which records every action taken along with the timestamps.

If you use Zapier or Open API for the automatic generation of your invitations, the history log will indicate that the invitation was created through Open API.

Note: If an invitation has been delivered to the recipient, it cannot be retracted or deleted. For further information on deleting a pending invitation, please check out this article.
