Quiet time explained

Your quiet time sets a window of time that you do not want your invitations to send between. Your quiet time settings will block any messages from being sent between X time and X time. 

For example, probably don't want to send invites between 9PM and 9AM so that your customers aren't accidentally woken up asking for feedback on your service (although who's lucky enough to be sleeping until 9AM). 

Setting your quiet time

Follow these steps to set your quiet time:
  1. Head to the Settings page on the bottom left of your dashboard

  2. From there, navigate to the Rules tab 

  3. Select your 'from' and 'to' time in the Quiet time drop-down menu 
    Remember that this will mean your invitations will NOT be sent between X time and X time
