Everything you need to know about placing an order for Shareables. 

What are Shareables?  

Shareables are ready-to-use posters, flyers, stickers, and table stands that help you collect customer feedback from more areas of your business.

Each Shareable includes a unique QR code that customers can scan to share feedback. Every scan counts as an invitation in your Invitation logs, so you can track participation and results.

How to order a new Shareable

To order a new Shareable, create it, then place an order for print and delivery. Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your betterbunch account

  2. Navigate to Shareables in the left menu

  3. Select Create new 

  4. Select the type (poster, flyer, card, sticker or table stand) using the the left and right arrows. 

  5. Click Select to continue. 

  6. Next, scroll to pick a Shareable design. Choose from pre-designed templates or a custom design Shareable. 
  7. Give your Shareable a unique name. 
  8. Click Order now to view pricing and proceed to purchase.
  9. After purchasing, our team will be in touch via email to confirm your delivery address and order details. 

Note: If you opt for a custom design, our designers will use your logo and brand style to create a personalised Shareable for your business. 

How to re-order an existing Shareable

Re-order an existing Shareable from your betterbunch account with just a few clicks. Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your betterbunch account

  2. Navigate to Shareables in the left menu

  3. Hover over the Shareable you's like to order, then click to order.  

  4. Select your pack size, the proceed to checkout. 
  5. After purchasing, our team will be in touch via email to confirm your delivery address and order details.

A: Our designers uses your logo, fonts and colour pallet to create a Shareable that matches your brand. 

Q: How does the custom Shareable process work?  
A: After placing an order for custom Shareables, our team will be in touch via email to discuss your design. Our designers will prepare a first proof, and we have 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the card feels like you. 

Q: How long does design take if I choose custom Shareable package? 
A: Our designers take 1-2 business days to prepare your first custom Shareable proof.

Q: How long does printing and delivery take? 
A: Printing and delivery takes 7-10 business days within NZ, and 14 business days for Australian orders.
