How to Create and Order Printed Shareables

Follow these simple steps to design, download, or order physical Shareables.

If you don't already have printed Shareables included in your Betterbunch plan—or if you just want to order a fresh batch for your team—you can create them right inside your account.

Whether you want us to print and ship them to your door, you prefer to print our designs locally, or you just need a raw QR code for your own graphic designer, here is how to get started:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Betterbunch account.

  2. Navigate to Shareables in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the Create new button.

  4. Choose your format: Use the left and right arrows to browse and select the type of Shareable you want (poster, flyer, card, sticker, table stand, or QR Code).

    If you are designing your own Shareable materials from scratch, select the QR Code option. You can toggle the Better Rewards incentive ON or OFF depending on whether you want to offer the $500 prize draw. Once generated, simply download the raw QR code file to use in your own custom artwork. 

  5. Choose your design: (If you selected a physical format like a card or poster) Scroll across and click to tick your preferred design.

    • Option A: Choose from our ready-to-use pre-designed templates.

    • Option B: Choose a Custom Design. (Note: Custom Shareables incur a one-off $99 design fee. Our graphic designers will take your logo and brand style to create a fully personalised Shareable just for your business).

  6. Give your Shareable a unique name (e.g., "Front Desk Table Stand" or "Sarah's Business Cards"). This makes it easy to track its specific performance in your analytics later. 

  7. Choose your print method:

    • To order through Betterbunch click Order now to view pricing, finalise your purchase, and have the finished Shareables shipped directly to you.

    • To print it yourself, click download to save the file so you can send it to your own professional printing service.

Note: To reorder, hover over the Shareable tile and click to order. Select your pack size, then proceed to checkout.

A: After placing an order, our team will be in touch via email to discuss your design. Our designers will share a first proof, then we have 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the card feels like you.

A: Our designers take 1-2 business days to prepare your first custom Shareable proof.

Q: How long does printing and delivery take? 
A: Printing and delivery takes 7-10 business days within NZ, and 14 business days for Australian orders.
