Reset Password

If you’ve forgotten your betterbunch password, or you would like to change your password, you can reset it using the steps below.

All you need is the email address associated with your account

Reset your password

1. Go to the betterbunch login page

2. Enter your login email address and click Next

3. Select Forgot your password

4. Confirm the email address linked to your account

5. Click Reset my password

6. Check your inbox for the reset code

7. Enter the reset code when prompted

8. Create your new password:

   • Enter your new password

   • Re-enter it to confirm

9. Click Change password to finalise the update

 After updating, log in using your email address and new password.

Troubleshooting

• Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive.

• Allow a few minutes for email delivery, as delays can occur.

• If you’re unsure which email is associated with your account, contact our support team for help.

Shared access tip

betterbunch supports a single login per account. If multiple team members need access, you may choose to use a shared login email and password.
