Before sending invitations to your customers, take a moment to send a test invite to avoid sending invitations with a poorly formatted logo or accidentally directing customers to the incorrect Google profile.

When to send a test invitation
We suggest sending a test invitation:
- When you first create your betterbunch account
- After making changes to your SMS invitation template
- After making changes to your email invitation template
- If you have disconnected or reconnected your review sites
- If you have updated your logo
How to send a test invitation
- Login to your betterbunch account.

Navigate to Create Invitation on the top right of the dashboard.
- Enter your name and email address to send a test email, or your name and cellphone number to send a test SMS invitation.
- Hit Send Invitation and choose to Send now.
- Done! Your test invitation will arrive in a few minutes.
What to check when reviewing your test invitation
When you receive your test invitation, we suggest checking:
- Basic spelling, grammar and formatting errors.
- Is your logo crisp, clean and sharp? If it's a little blurry or small, check out this article to learn how to update it.
- Test the thumbs-up process to confirm that customers are directed to your review site.
