How to update your Timezone and Country settings
This article explains how to update your timezone and country settings and why it's important they're accurate
Your timezone and country settings are automatically set to your business location when you activate your account. However, if these settings are accidentally changed or incorrect, it can cause a few unexpected hiccups with your invitations.
Why these settings matter (Troubleshooting)
If you are experiencing either of the issues below, updating your settings is usually the quick fix:

Invites are sending at the wrong time: If your timezone is set to New Zealand but you operate in Western Australia, your scheduled invitations could be sent in the early hours of the morning.

Mobile numbers aren't being recognised: Betterbunch uses your country setting to automatically add the correct country code to your contacts (for example, +64 for NZ and +61 for Australia). If the country is wrong, the SMS cannot be delivered.
How to update your settings
If you need to fix your location settings, have no fear! You can update them in just a few clicks:

Log in to your Betterbunch account.

Go to Settings in the bottom-left menu.

Navigate to the Business tab.

Select your correct Timezone from the dropdown menu.

Select your correct Country from the dropdown menu.

Hit Save to lock in your changes.
