Your Business name should be accurate so your customers know the invitation is from you, and not from any old mechanic down the road.
The Business name saved in your Betterbunch settings is used in your SMS and email invitation templates. It also appears in the “from” field of your customer’s email inbox.
Business name and SMS Sender ID
Your Business name is not the same as your SMS Sender ID.
For SMS invitations sent to Australian mobile numbers, customers will see Betterbunch as the Sender ID. This is because Betterbunch is a registered SMS Sender ID under Australia's anti-scam SMS requirements.

Your Business name can still appear inside the SMS invitation itself, depending on the template you use.
How to update your Business name

- Log in to your Betterbunch account.
- Head to the Settings page on the bottom left of your dashboard.
- Navigate to the Business tab, which will display your business settings.
- Type your correct business name into the textbox.
- Hit Save, kick back and relax.
