Exporting reviews

Export your reviews to create reports, share them with your team or prepare supporting information for a missing-review reinstatement request.

You can open your export in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or another spreadsheet tool.

Export published reviews

1. Log in to your betterbunch account.
2. Go to Reviews in the left-hand menu.
3. Click Export in the top-right corner.
4. Use the available filters to choose the date range and reply status you want to include.
5. Choose CSV or Excel.
6. Click Export to download your file.

What’s included?

Your published-review export includes the following details, where available:

• The date and time the review was posted.
• The reviewer’s name.
• The star rating.
• The review’s status.
• The review source.
• The review text.
• Your reply.

Export missing reviews

Missing reviews have a separate export that includes their tracking status and your saved notes.

1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand menu.
2. Select the Missing tab.
3. Click Export in the top-right corner.
4. Choose Active or Archived:
   • Active: Reviews marked Missing or Reported.
   • Archived: Reviews marked Dismissed.
5. Choose CSV or Excel.
6. Click Export to download your file.

Active and archived reviews must be exported separately.

What’s included?

Your missing-review export includes:

• The date the review went missing.
• Its current status.
• The reported date, where applicable.
• The reviewer’s name.
• The star rating.
• The original posting date.
• The review text.
• Your saved notes.

Preparing a reinstatement request? Add and save your supporting notes before exporting so they’re included in the file. Avoid adding private customer details, such as phone numbers or email addresses.
