Exporting Reviews

Learn how to export your Google Reviews from betterbunch

Need to review your reviews outside of betterbunch or create your own reports?

You can export the Reviews on your Google Business Profile from within your account and open it in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.

You can export all of your reviews or use filters to download only the records you need.

How to export reviews

  1. Login to your betterbunch account. 
  2. Select Reviews from the left menu.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Choose the feedback you want to include using the available filters:
    • Date range – choose the period you want to export.
    • Status – reviews based on its current status: Replied, or Unreplied. 
  5. Choose your preferred file format:
    • CSV
    • Excel
  6. Click Export to download the file.

What's included in the export? 

Your exported file includes the following information where available:

  • Date and time the review was posted
  • Reviewer name
  • Star rating provided 
  • Status (read, unread, or replied)
  • Source (Google, or other review site)
  • Review
  • Reply

Tip: Use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool to filter, sort and analyse your reviews.
