      Connect your MYOB account for Automation

      In this article, you'll learn how to connect your MYOB account so you can make the most of Automation

      If you are a betterbunch Pro plan user and use MYOB Account Right or Essentials, you can follow up with customers through automation. No more data entry. No more lists. Simply connect your MYOB account and watch the reviews roll in.

      Connecting your MYOB account 

      Read on to learn how to connect your MYOB account. 

      1. Login to your betterbunch account

      2. Head to the Automation page on the left menu 

      3. Click Connect to MYOB 
      4. Login to the MYOB platform pop-up
      5. Select your organisation from the drop-down menu
      6. Click Allow access which will allow MYOB and betterbunch to communicate with each other
      7. Hit Save 
      8. We always recommend sending a test invite to yourself to check that everything's smooth.
        To do this, you'll need to create a dummy invoice in MYOB using your name, email and phone number as the contact, then mark it as complete
