Responding to Google reviews

This article explains why you need to respond to Google reviews and how to do it

Hooray! One of your customers has made an effort to review your service online. Now it's time to respond to their epic feedback.  It's really important you take the time to respond to Google reviews (positive and negative) as it shows the online community your care about your customers. 

Follow these steps to learn how to respond to a Google review directly from betterbunch:

  1. Login to your betterbunch account

  2. Head to the Reviews page on the left menu of your dashboard

  3. Click the Name of the customer you'd like to respond to
  4. Hot tip: To help keep track of your reviews that are flooding in, you can mark the review as unread, read, or responded.
    You can also make any internal notes such as "Sophie has replied to this review and also called the customer to thank them for their epic feedback"
  5. Click Reply to review in the top right corner of your screen.
    You'll be directed to your Google Business Profile where you will see a list of all your reviews
  6. Click the Reply button next to the review and leave your thanks.
    It's that easy!
