Sending invitations through SAM Auxo Workshop Software

Auxo Workshop Software can send betterbunch invitations automatically via SMS when a job is completed. This helps reduce admin work by replacing manual single or bulk invites.

Before You Start

• Not all versions of Auxo support SMS messaging.

• Activating the SMS add-on may include Auxo setup fees and ongoing SMS costs.

• Contact Auxo Workshop Software support to confirm availability and pricing.

Setup Steps

1. Generate your betterbunch Link.

2. Contact Auxo support and request:  

   • Enable the SMS add-on feature.

   • Turn on add-on 53.

3. Once enabled, log in to Auxo and navigate to:

   • Maintenance → System setup → Forms → SMS tab.

4. Open the Feedback tab and paste your message text. Be sure to include your betterbunch link.

Example SMS Message

Hi [Customer Name], it’s [Your Name] from [Business Name]. Please share your thoughts on our recent service here: [Insert Betterbunch Link]

Testing

• When completing a job, you’ll now see a Send follow-up checkbox.

• Tick this box to send the betterbunch invitation.

• We recommend creating a test (dummy) job and sending an invite to yourself first to ensure the setup is working correctly.

Once configured, Auxo will send betterbunch invitations automatically, helping you collect more feedback with less manual work.
