View the history of an invitation

In this article, we'll explain how to track the history of individual invitations

Once an invitation has been created you can track the current status of the invitation as well as view the history of the invite from within the betterbunch platform. 

Viewing the history of an invite 

1. Login to your betterbunch account

2. Navigate to the Invitations tab on the left menu

3. Scroll through the pages using the arrows at the bottom of the page or by using the search bar near the top of the page to find the invitation you want to review. 
4. Click on the invitation you want to review. 
5. On the right-hand side, you will find a history log that explains what has happened with this particular invite 

Tips, tricks and other things to remember when viewing the history of an invitation 

Here are a few tips to keep in mind when reviewing the progress of an individual invitation. 

• A definition of each invite status can be found here.
• If you use Zapier or Open API to automatically send you invitations, then the history log will show that the invitation was created via OpenAPI.
• A customer may revisit your invitation multiple times. If this happens, the history log will display every action and the time the action took place. For example, a customer may have clicked the invitation link twice. The history log would show this. 
• You are not able to edit the history of an invitation. 
• Learn how to delete a pending invitation here. Unfortunately, you can not delete or retract an invite if it has been sent.
