In this article, we'll explain how to review the history of individual invitations
Once an invitation is created, you can easily check its current status and view the history log.
Customers can interact with your invitation multiple times, and each instance will be recorded in the history log, detailing every action taken along with the corresponding timestamps.
Note: If an invitation has been delivered to the recipient, it cannot be retracted or deleted. For further information on deleting a pending invitation, please check out this article.
If you utilize Xapier or Open API for the automatic generation of your invitations, the history log will indicate that the invitation was created through Open API.
Viewing the history of an invite
- Login to your betterbunch account.

Navigate to the Invitations page on the left menu.
- Use the navigation arrows at the bottom of the page to view the available pages, or use the search bar located at the top to quickly locate the invitation you wish to review.
- Click on the invitation to open the history.
- On the right side, you will see a detailed history log that outlines all actions related to this specific invitation.
Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to determine whether a contact has read an SMS invitation, so this information will not appear in the history logs. However, we can monitor when a contact clicks on the link included in their SMS invitation, and this action will be recorded in the invitation's history logs.
