If you use Auxo Workshop Software for managing your jobs, you might have the option to enable automated SMS feedback messaging directly through your Auxo portal. This feature can reduce administrative workload, allowing you to simply check a box within your software to send invitations, instead of manually sending them via single or bulk methods in betterbunch.

However, please be aware that not all versions of Auxo Software support SMS messaging at the completion of a job. Additionally, there may be initial costs associated with activating the SMS add-on feature, as well as ongoing expenses for SMS usage.

How to setup automated messaging in Auxo Workshop Software

Check out the steps below to connect betterbunch with SAM so that your invitations are automatically sent through SAM when a job is completed. 

1. First, generate your betterbunch Link
2. Once you have your betterbunch Link, reach out to Auxo Workshop Software customer support and ask them to turn on the SMS add-on feature and liven add-on 53.
3. Once Auxo has introduced this feature to your account, navigate to Maintenance
4. Click System setup 
5. Open Forms, and click the SMS tab 
6. Open the Feedback tab and type your feedback message into the text box. Be sure to include your betterbunch link in the message. We recommend something like:

   
   "Hi (customer name), it's (your name) from (business name).
   Can you please share your thoughts on our recent service here: (insert your betterbunch Link)

7. The next time you complete a job, you will see a new checkbox called 'send follow up'. Tick this box to send the betterbunch invitation to your customers.
8. We always recommend sending yourself a test invite to check that everything is running smoothly. To do this, you'll need to create a dummy job in Auxo Workshop  to see how it looks.
