Learn what betterbunch Links are and how to use them
betterbunch Links are personalised URLs you can share online to collect customer feedback. Unlike QR codes (scanned in person), Links let you gather feedback through digital touchpoints like:
-
Website buttons or banners
-
Email signatures
-
Newsletters or invoices
-
Social media messages
When a customer clicks your Link:
-
They are directed to your 👍🏼 👎🏼 page.
-
Happy customers are encouraged to leave a review.
-
Unhappy customers share private feedback.
-
Each click is recorded as a unique invitation in your Invitation Logs.
Tracking and Measuring Link Results
Tip: To boost engagement, you can enable Better Rewards, giving customers a chance to win a $500 voucher (funded by betterbunch) when they provide feedback.
Creating a betterbunch Link
- Log in to your betterbunch account
- Navigate to Shareables in the left menu, and open the Link tab
- Click Add new link and give it a descriptive name (e.g., Website feedback page, Email signature).
- (Optional) Toggle Shorten link ON if you’ll send it via a third-party SMS platform.
- (Optional) Toggle Incentive ON to enable Better Rewards, or leave OFF for a regular Link.
- Click Create Link to generate.
