Learn about the benefits of Promotor Retargeting
When a contact indicates they are happy with your service by clicking the thumbs-up button on your invitation, betterbunch classifies them as promoters. If the contact doesn't visit Google or your selected review site within 24 hours, the promotor retargeting feature will automatically send them a reminder email, aiming to engage your contact at a more convenient time.
This approach effectively boosts conversion rates and enhances your online reputation.
Note: Promotor retargeting messages will be sent via email only, so to make the most of this feature, you will need to include an email address when creating invitations.
What does the promotor retargeting email say?
See the example below of the promotor retargeting email invitation.
Hey Customer Name,
It's Sophies Shoes, from Example Company.
Thanks for the thumbs-up yesterday! We're glad you're happy. However I noticed you didn't get a chance to leave a review, so I wanted to check in to see what we could do better next time to provide a review-worthy experience.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you can think of anything we can do to improve, please let us know by clicking here.
Alternatively, if you were too busy to leave us a review, you can always leave one by clicking here. It would mean a lot.
Note: The promotor retargeting email is not customisable.
