Introducing Shareables

Say hello to Shareable Posters, Flyers, Cards & more. Ready-to-print material, offering your customers a chance to win $500 in exchange for feedback on your service. Shareables help collect more reviews & private feedback than ever before!

Feature Overview

Shareables are the new go-to for collecting reviews and feedback from more areas of your business.

Shareables include predesigned posters, flyers, stickers and cards that can be printed and shared with your customers.

Each Shareable design includes a unique QR code asking the readers to scan and share feedback for their chance to win a $500 voucher. The even better news is that betterbunch will cover the cost of this reward, so it comes at no expense to your business. Every quarter, our team will randomly select one winner. If the lucky winner happens to be your customer, we will arrange the prize and allow you to share the wonderful news with them.

Whether it’s a poster at your front counter, a flyer left on the kitchen bench after repairing a tap, or a table stand at a restaurant, Shareables makes it easy to gather insights from every corner of your business.

Note: Alongside Shareables, we have also launched betterbunch QR codes you can use to create your own Shareable designs, as well as betterbunch Links that can be shared with your customers online.

Give it a go and see for yourself—this is exactly what your customers will experience!

Blue Flyer

Each time your Shareable is scanned, it's recorded as a unique invite in your Invitation Logs.

This allows you to monitor the number of scans and feedback received.

Caution: Google prohibits businesses from providing incentives in return for reviews, including payments, and free products or services. The Better Rewards program allows customers to enter a draw to win a $500 voucher in exchange for positive or negative feedback.

Users mustn't inform customers that leaving a positive review is a requirement for entry into the draw.

Here’s how Shareables work:

  1. Choose your Shareable Poster, Flyer or other Shareable design. Download, print and share it with customers.
  2. When someone scans your Shareable, they will be asked to provide their name and email address for the chance to win.
  3. Then, they will be taken to your Happy vs. Unhappy page, making it easy for them to share their experience.
  4. Just like your typical outreach invitations, your happy customers will be asked to share their positive experiences on your chosen review site. They'll also be informed they've been entered into the draw to win.
  5. Unhappy customers will be entered into the draw and asked to share their unhappy feedback privately, so you can address their concerns and grow.
  6. Every scan is recorded, allowing you to track how many times customers have interacted with the Shareable, and whether they're smiling or frowning about that area of your service.

    • The third bar displays the number of happy visitors who proceeded to your chosen review site on the left side, in comparison with the number of unhappy visitors who provided negative feedback on the right side.

Note: To review and compare multiple Shareables at once, click on the pie chart icon in the top right corner of the tiles you wish to analyse. This will display a summary of the results for your selected tiles.

Note: For in-depth analysis of your Shareable results, export your invitation log as a CSV file and build custom reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Tip: Use Shareables to create team incentives. Create one Shareable for Tim and another for Ellie. betterbunch tracks the clicks and feedback of each Shareable so you can easily see which team members' Shareable resulted in the highest Google reviews or negative feedback.

Then, shout lunch to the team player who received the most positive feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if a customer scans the Shareable multiple times?

A: If a user scans your Shareable multiple times, betterbunch will recognise them as returning visitors and only display one invitation in your Invitation Log.

After 7 days, if the user scans the Shareable again, they will be recognised as a new customer, and a new invitation will be generated in your invitation logs.

Q: If a contact leaves negative feedback through my Shareable, can I see their details?

A: Yes. When a customer scans your Shareable, they must leave their name and email address to enter the draw to win.

If unhappy feedback is shared, an email will be sent to your notification email address.

Review the unhappy contact's name, email and comments in your feedback menu.

Q: I don't want to incentivise my customers to share their feedback. Can I create a Shareable that doesn't enter customers into the draw to win?

A: If you prefer contacts weren't entered into the Better Rewards draw when they interact with your Shareable, create your own QR code and ensure the Incentive toggle is toggled OFF.

Once you have generated a non-incentive QR code, add it to your own branded material that doesn't offer a reward using free design tools like Canva.

Q: Does Shareables breach Google's terms of Service?

A: Google prohibits businesses from providing incentives in return for reviews, which include payments, discounts, and free products or services. It's important to note the Better Rewards program allows customers to enter a draw to win a $500 voucher in exchange for their feedback—whether it’s positive or negative regarding your service. Each piece of feedback, regardless of sentiment, grants the customer one entry into the draw.

Q: How does Promotor Retargeting work with Shareables?

A: If a customer scans your Shareable, leaves their details to enter the draw, and indicates they are happy with your service, but does not proceed to leave a review on your chosen review site, 24 hours later, betterbunch will deliver a promotor retargeting email asking them to share.
