Getting Started with Printed Shareables
Discover how handing a physical card or displaying a poster can help you gather more feedback when your customers are at their happiest.
What are Shareables?
Shareables are your secret weapon for capturing reviews in the real world.
They are ready-to-use physical items—like business cards, posters, stickers, and table stands—that you can hand to customers right when they are happiest. They help you bring Betterbunch out from behind the computer screen and into everyday customer interactions, making it effortless to ask for feedback at the perfect moment.

How the magic works (The Customer Experience)
Each Shareable includes a unique QR code. When your customer scans it with their phone camera, here is exactly what happens:
-
They Scan & Win: They enter their name and email for a chance to win a $500 Better Rewards voucher (Don't worry, Betterbunch covers the cost of this prize!).
-
They are: They’re directed to your 👍🏼 / 👎🏼 feedback page.
-
The Result: Happy customers are guided to share a public review on Google. Unhappy customers are asked to share private feedback so you can respond and fix the issue behind closed doors.
Note: Google prohibits offering incentives in exchange for reviews. To keep you 100% compliant, Better Rewards allows customers to enter the prize draw regardless of whether they leave positive or negative feedback.
They are not required to leave a review to win.
How to get your Shareables
Ready to start handing these out? Here's what to do next:
-
If Shareables ARE included in your Betterbunch plan: Sit tight! Our graphic designers will reach out to you with a personalised draft design using your logo and branding. Once you approve the design, we will print them and ship them straight to your door. All you have to do is hand them out to your team!
-
If Shareables are NOT included in your plan (or you want to order more): You can easily order your own directly inside your Betterbunch account. You can choose from our templates, or request a custom design from our team.

Tips for winning with Shareables
-
The "Cash Sale" Catch: If you have walk-in customers or cash sales where you don't collect an email address, simply slide a Shareable card across the counter or point to your table stand to capture their review!
-
Gamify your team: Hand out different Shareables to different staff members or locations. Track their scans in your analytics to see who gathers the most positive feedback, and reward your top performers!
-
The Rental Hack: Use Shareables to gather feedback from tenants. Leave a card on the kitchen counter after a maintenance job is complete.
-
Quote follow-ups: Hand a Shareable out after providing a quote. It's a great way to gather feedback from prospective customers about your sales process.
- Take it online: Don't limit your Shareables to the physical world! Add Shareable Links to your email signature, digital invoices, and other online touchpoints to gather feedback automatically. Learn more about Shareable Links here.
Tracking and Analytics
Every time a customer scans your QR code, it counts as an invitation in your Betterbunch logs.
To see how your physical items are performing, head to Shareables in your left-hand menu, click the three dots on your Shareable tile, and select Analytics. Here you can track total scans, see your happy vs. unhappy split, and view exactly who went on to leave a review.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
What if a customer scans the card multiple times? Multiple scans from the same person within 7 days count as one invitation. After 7 days, it will count as a new invitation.
-
If someone leaves negative feedback through my Shareable, can I see who it was? Yes! You can review the unhappy contact's name, email, and comments in your feedback menu. We will also send an alert to your notification email address.
-
Can I use a Shareable without the $500 prize incentive? Yes. When generating a QR code in the Shareables menu, just switch the Incentive toggle to OFF, and add that code to your own designs.
-
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel my subscription? The Shareables become inactive. If a customer scans the code, they will see an error message until the subscription is renewed.
