Manage your betterbunch subscription

Learn how to find your billing information and manage your betterbunch subscription.

You'll receive an email regarding your subscription renewal two weeks before to the end of your current 3, 6 or 12 month subscription term.

Find your current subscription plan and term

To find your subscription type and current subscription end date, follow the instructions below. 

  1. Login to your betterbunch account.

  2. Head to the Settings page at the bottom left of your dashboard.

  3. Navigate to the Billing tab to review your subscription type and end date. 

Cancel subscription 

Tip: We offer different subscription terms. Instead of cancelling, reach out to our support team to explore pausing or switching to a different term that better suits your budget.

  1. Login to your betterbunch account.

  2. Head to the Settings page at the bottom left of your dashboard.

  3. Navigate to the Billing tab.

  4. Click Cancel subscription.

Caution: Once your subscription ends, links, QR codes and Shareables will become inactive.
Users who click or scan the material will see a notification saying, "Oops, this business has left betterbunch—This business isn't with us anymore, so we can't collect feedback or enter you into their draw. No worries! Just ask them to renew, and we'll have everything back up in no time".
