Find your current subscription plan and term
To find your subscription type and current subscription end date, follow the instructions below.

Login to your betterbunch account.

Head to the Settings page at the bottom left of your dashboard.

Navigate to the Billing tab to review your subscription type and end date.
Cancel subscription
Tip: We offer different subscription terms. Instead of cancelling your subscription, reach out to our support team to explore the possibility of pausing it or switching to a different term that better suits your budget.
We understand that renewing your subscription may not always be the best option for you. If you find that you need to cancel your subscription renewal, you can do so at any time by following the steps below.

Login to your betterbunch account.

Head to the Settings page at the bottom left of your dashboard.

Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Click Cancel subscription.
Caution: If your betterbunch subscription is cancelled, your betterbunch links, betterbunch QR codes and Shareables will become inactive. Users who click or scan the material will see a notification stating, "Oops, this business has left betterbunch—This business isn't with us anymore, so we can't collect feedback or enter you into their draw. No worries! Just ask them to renew, and we'll have everything back up in no time".
