  • SMS Sent means the text message invitation has been delivered to your client's cellphone.
  • Email Sent means the invitation has been delivered to your client's email address.
  • Clicked link means your client has received their follow-up invitation and has clicked the link in the message. Clicked link means they have not taken the time to let us know whether they had a positive or negative experience just yet.
  • Clicked happy means your client has received their follow-up invitation. They have indicated they were happy with your service, but they haven't proceeded to leave a review just yet.
  • Promotor retargeting means that a promotor retargeting email has been sent. If you have promotor retargeting turned on, we will follow up with these customers via email, 24 hours after they indicated they had a great experience with the intention of catching them at a better time.
  • Clicked review site means your client has received their follow-up invitation. They have indicated they were happy with your service and have clicked through to leave an online review about how great you are.

Note that if you can't see their glowing feedback online, your customer may have clicked the review site but decided not to leave a review.
  • Clicked unhappy means your customer has received their follow-up invitation. They have indicated they were unhappy with the service they received, but they have not given an explanation why.  Every business is different, but this could be a great opportunity to reach out to your customers and ask for constructive feedback.
  • If the invitation status is provided feedback, your customer has received their follow-up invitation, and they have indicated they were unhappy with the service they received. Your customer has taken the time to leave details about their experience through the betterbunch service recovery platform, which is private - GREAT!

To help prevent bad word-of-mouth and save their loyalty, we recommend reaching out to them as soon as you get the chance. Learn how to read and respond to feedback here.
  • Sending in X hours means your invitation will be sent at the specified time. This could be because it's within your quiet time hours, or you may have scheduled the invitation to be sent at this time using the best sent time feature.
  • Invite limit reached means you have reached your total monthly invitation limit.
