      Connect your Google Business Profile

      Learn how to connect your Google Business Profile to your dashboard and your chosen Review sites.

      There are two ways to connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) to betterbunch.

      This first method involves connecting your GBP to your chosen review sites so customers who indicate they are happy with your service are directed to this page.

      The second way is to connect your GBP to your dashboard so that your new reviews are available for helpful reporting.  

      Caution: Your Google Business Profile must be linked to your chosen review sites. Without this connection, satisfied customers will be unable to leave reviews on your GBP.

      Connect your Google Business Profile to your chosen review sites 

      To direct your satisfied customers to leave a Google review on your GBP, you must connect your GBP to your chosen review sites.

      Typically, this connection is established when you set up your betterbunch account. However, if you create a new GBP or if the connection has been disrupted for any reason, you may need to reconnect your GBP to the review sites.

      To connect your GBP to your review sites, follow the steps outlined below:

      1. Login to your betterbunch account.

      2. Head to the Settings page on the bottom left.

      3. Navigate to the Review Sites tab.
      4. Select Connect on the Google tile.
      5. Log in to the Google account that manages your GBP. 
        If you can not remember the login details for the Google account that manages your GBP, follow the prompts displayed in the pop-up to search for your GBP. 

      Tip: Send a test invitation to your mobile to ensure you have connected to the correct GBP before sending your next invitations. 

      Connect your Google Business Profile to your dashboard

      When your GBP has been connected to your dashboard, you can track new Google Review trends over time from the dashboard and report on how many reviews you have received over a given time period from the Reviews page. 

      Typically, this connection is established when you set up your betterbunch account. However, if you could not remember your Google login details at the time of set-up, or if the connection has been disrupted for any reason, you may need to reconnect your GBP to the dashboard by following the instructions below.

      1. Login to your betterbunch account.

      2. Navigate to the Reviews page on the left menu. 

      3. Select Connect an account.
      4. Click on the Google logo.
      5. Select Next 
      6. Sign into your Google Business profile using your login details. If you don't know your login details, check out this link.
      7. Google will ask if you're happy to give access to betterbunch. Tap Allow. 
      8. Select Continue. Or if you are the owner or manager of multiple GBP, you'll be asked to select the site you'd like to connect from the dropdown before selecting Continue
