How to Connect Your Google Business Profile to Betterbunch

Connecting your Google Business Profile to Betterbunch gives you better visibility into your Google Business Profile insights. You can monitor Google engagement, trends over time, and reply to Google reviews with the help of the AI Responder.

1. Log in to your betterbunch account.

2. Go to Reviews in the left menu.

3. Click Connect an account.

4. Select the Google logo, and click Next.

5. Sign in to your Google account.

6. Click Allow to give betterbunch access.

7. Click Continue.

   • If you manage multiple GBPs, select the correct one from the dropdown.

Reviews not displaying on your dashboard?

Check you have connected using a Google account that owns or manages your GBP. If you're not sure who owns or manages it, checkout this guide or reach out to our support team using the chatbot in the bottom corner of your screen.

Connect your Google Business Profile to Review Sites only

If you do not have access to manage your Google Business Profile, you can link your Review Site setting only. This connection sends happy customers to the connected Google Business Profile to leave reviews.

1. Log in to your betterbunch account.

2. Go to Settings (bottom left).

3. Open Review Sites.

4. Click Connect on the Google tile.

5. Sign in to the Google account that manages your GBP, or if you don’t know the login, use the pop-up prompts to search and select your Google Business Profile.
